Humility Begins

Today in February 2026 begins my attempt at expressing humility about myself and my life.

I have spent 10 years focused on healing my health, body, heart, soul…at the deepest levels. Back then I made a conscious decision to give up everything I had built up and was clinging to for dear life…in order to become healthy.

I didn’t now really know what that meant, nor what would happen next.

I hoped for the best, and for many years I lived in a fantasy world avoiding my inner pain and its causes.

My decision was made because between 2014-2016 while living and working in Spain, I chose to respond to a feeling deep inside me that I was sick, and the medical evidence showed I was getting sicker every year.

By that time, I had studied enough about humanity, health, business, marketing, leadership, religions, spiritual development…to know I was very sick of living in a morally corrupted world, and my desired lifestyle and wish to keep up appearances were making me ill at all levels of my existence.

My choice seemed to be: start taking pharmaceutical medications, get more botox and fillers, work harder to keep showing more results at work and improving my 360 performance evaluations, while staying young and happy…or…??

I didn’t realize at the time how sick I was in every way, nor what was causing this to happen.

At first my life got worse…and worse…but eventually my health and genuine happiness began to spring up from deep inside me….but not in the ways I had imagined.

Today I begin to summarize my experiences, in the hope it helps someone else, to move through their own soul’s healing process at a faster pace than mine, maybe with less self-destruction along the way.

I will use a few models to structure how i communicate my experiences and learnings:

1. the basic model of Cause->Effect.
   
   
2. a research model for Human Motivation (as the cause of human behavior).
   
   
3. a research model of Human Authenticity (self-awareness -> balanced processing -> relationship transparency -> inner moral compass).
   
   
4. a model of four universal Moral principles: freedom, happiness, truth, love.
   
   
5. a model of the Human Soul growing capacities through experiencing four phases of life: physical, spiritual, celestial, non-dual (two halves in union).
   
   
6. a model of each unique Soul existing in a direct personal relationship with God at the soul level (the soul is a creation of God, that is learning and growing in its capacities, but the soul is not equal to God’s infinite knowledge, power, creativity, love and absolute truth. God is the oversoul to all souls).
   
   
7. a model of God the creator as something different from the creations of God (God is the creative cause of the universe and all within in it, the creator of life forms in the universe and the laws that govern them).
